Resilience in Marriage
Marriage is a lifelong commitment with its fair share of happy surprises and occasional unpleasant experiences. What do we do when the things get difficult? Throw in the towel, or hang in there and tough it out?
This course is based on prominent research-based studies in key areas like cognitive behavioural therapy, transactional analysis, existential therapy – logotherapy and organisational psychology. These theoretical foundations are distilled into easy-to-follow principles and techniques that can be applied into our everyday marriage lives. Participants will engage in lively discussions and role-plays. |
