Some Examples:

For all courses in Table 2: School Educators and School Counsellors who are current STU or NTUC members are eligible for the UTAP funding:​​
  1. At course completion, Orego will assist* Participant to claim reimbursement from NTUC
  2. UTAP amount will be credited back to the individual participant's account

For all courses in Table 2: Individuals who prefer to pay on their own:​​
  1. If Participant is a NTUC/STU member, Orego will assist* Participants to claim reimbursement from NTUC. UTAP amount will be credited back to the individual participant's account
  2. If Participant is paying full or part of the course fee using SkillsFuture Credit, Orego will assist Participant to inform SFC to disburse that amount to Orego directly. Any outstanding amount will be payable by cheque/cash/bank transfer

For all courses in Table 1: self-paying participants who are eligible for NTUC and/or e2i funding (if applicable):
  1. If Participant qualifies for e2i funding, Orego will send invoice for course fee less the e2i subsidised amount, Participant will pay the invoice amount
  2. If Participant is a NTUC member, at course completion, Orego will assist* Participant to make claim reimbursement from NTUC. UTAP amount will be credited back to the Participant's account
  3. Any outstanding amount can be paid using the Participant's SkillsFuture Credit fund or by cheque/cash/bank transfer

NB: Self-paying individuals are not eligible to claim from NCSS VCF funding.


For all courses in Table 1, participants whose course fees are paid by the Company:
  1. Company can opt to utilize the e2i funding. If so, Orego will send invoice for course fee less the e2i subsidised amount to Company
  2. Company can opt to utilize the VCF funding. If so, Orego will send invoice for course fee less the VCF subsidised amount to Company

NB: Companies are not allowed to claim from both VCF funding and e2i funding for the same instance.

* Our services refer to advising Participants on the step-by-step process to submit claim applications and funding eligibility. We do not submit claims on behalf of the participants. During the process, Orego will not require you to disclose sensitive information such as password, etc, to itself.
