Dr Paul Goh, Managing Partner

Picture
Paul founded Orego with the vision to maximize peoples' potential, be it at their workplace or at home, and live their dreams. He aims to achieve it through niche (specialised) training and counselling services. He is constantly scanning the industries and asking the question, 'Where is the gap, and how can Orego make a difference here?'

Paul has a wide repertoire of experiences and competencies, including sales & marketing, business development, strategic planning and operations management. His industry sector experience includes info-communication technology, training and education. He worked for more than two decades in multinational corporations and small companies and travelled extensively throughout Asia, managing cross-cultural teams to deliver global solutions for customers. Some of the organizations he has worked for are Informatics and U21Global.

Paul holds a PhD degree from the United Kingdom, as well as is a certified Career Facilitator and a Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Administrator. Paul is an adjunct professor in SIM University.

Backed with a dedicated team of consultants and trainers, Orego aims to be the preferred training and counselling partner in Asia.
There is no ONE GIANT step that does it, it's a lot of LITTLE STEPS.
